Pragmatic Play has launched its content portfolio in Alberta, marking the supplier's entry into the province's newly regulated igaming sector. The release coincides with the official opening of the market, expanding the company's operations within Canada.
The provider has secured certification for a range of titles in the province. The catalog includes slot machine releases such as Fury of Anubis, Big Bass Blast, and the Gates of Olympus series. Additionally, the certification covers the live casino suite, offering table games like blackjack, baccarat, and roulette, along with game show variants.
Expansion Strategy
This launch follows the supplier's established presence in Ontario, where it partners with major local brands. The move into Alberta represents a continuation of the North American growth strategy, utilizing a single API integration to deliver multi-product content to operators.
Sharon McHugh, director of PR at Pragmatic Play, noted that the company aims to support partners from the start of the regulated era. "Alberta represents an exciting new adventure for regulated igaming in Canada, and Pragmatic Play is delighted to be among the first suppliers bringing premium entertainment to operators and their players from day one," McHugh stated.
